Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time

Our products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses. Estimated delivery to the United States is 7 to 15 business days after your order ships. Delivery times can be longer during holidays, peak seasons or because of carrier delays.

Shipping rates

Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order to every country we ship to. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Delays

If we can't ship your order within the estimated time, we'll email you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, or arrives damaged, contact us at GetNvora@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Customs and duties

For orders to the United States, any import duties are handled by us, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders to other countries, any customs fees or taxes charged on delivery are the customer's responsibility.
